J Nguyễn-Paul (they/them) is a queer Vietnamese American artist, settled on the land of the Wahpekute Dakota, also known as Minneapolis, Minnesota. whose work explores diaspora, queerness, and (de)colonization. Their poetry and art is a container for processing identity, nostalgia, and the human condition. In both their creative and professional work, J centers collective care and co-creating spaces of healing, interdependence, and liberation beyond capitalism and white supremacy.
