hoàng is a queer diasporic Việt writer born and raised in the United States. hoàng explores their Việt identity through the lens of language. After years of studying Spanish and Arabic, hoàng felt the desire to connect with their mother’s tongue. They uprooted themselves and moved to Saigon in search of connection, community, and self.
